Watch Web Shows and TV on the Internet

On the streets of SoHo, I asked people to tell me about their experiences watching internet videos. One guy told me about the Max Mosley scandal video that came out as a result of YouTube. Clearly, citizen journalism is shaping what people watch.

People go to the internet to watch fiction, comedy, entertainment and news. Jamison Tilsner and Josh Cohen curate, catalog and critique online shows on their website, Tilzy.tv They also blog about new developments in the developing online video industry. I sat down with Jamison and Josh in Washington Square Park to discuss the shows they are watching now. They recommend ViralCom and Cspot.

You should try not putting the autoplay function with your videos because just like how you were taking about how some sites benefit better with text then with video, you should give viewers time to read what the video is about before you autoplay it.

@Boring Market, I will look into fixing that. Do you mind that much or is it only slightly annoying?

oh no i wasn’t first to comment. My hat trick :(. And yeh i agree with BM, you should set your videos so that its manually played by users. I dont think it hard to do. isn’t it just a button on viddler?

Well, in all honesty the auto-play function is slightly annoying but bearable. I’ll be patient while you work out all the bugs, I know I’m glad when my subscribers are.
