David Karp is the 21 year old founder of Tumblr, a breakthrough blogging platform that allows users to easily reblog multimedia content.

I’ve had a tumblr blog installed here on Pop17 from day one and I love it. I’d definitely recommend setting up a Tumblr blog if you are looking for a blogging platform, especially if you are into reblogging. And if you are looking for some cool new bloggers to follow or add to your RSS aggregators, check out the Tumblr Explore section of the site.

Great work! Fun and informative, and it’s all thrown in an easy bite-size package. I’m tech-backward, so I couldn’t figure out what Tumblr actually was; this video gave me all I needed to know straight from the horse’s mouth. Thanks, Sarah! Wonderful stuff.

    Hi Sarah,

Nice ride on tumblr. I wonder how all this employees can work in a open space, impossible for me too noisy.

Just on critic on your interview, why do you add a music during the interview, it is not necessary and a bit unpleased.

    Arno

@Arno, it’s not that bad right? I do agree, it would be better with out music. Maybe next episode wont have music so we will see what’s better. :)

Cool video. I don’t have a blog but I have many favorite blogs that I visit daily and the Tumblr based blogs seem to have to best UI. Seems like a fun work environment too @ their headquarters.
