Intel and Lenovo have partnered with Planet Finance China, a micro financing initiative to deliver ThinkPad PC’s to rural communities in China. Community Project In New Orleans: “I Wish This Was..”

AOL Community Donates $200,000 To Japan Earthquake Relief Fund #sxswcares #sxsw

Earlier on I reported about Delta Airlines pledging $1 million to Japan. According to a blog post written today, the AOL community have raised a total of $200,000 in aid of the relief fund for Japan. The community used a special donation widget which was placed on the AOL homepage on Friday.
