Naureen Nayyar (@norabean) talks to Todd Park, an entrepreneur turned CTO for the United States about life as a CTO with the inside and outside look into innovation from a government perspective. He spoke to us at Pop17 about applying lean startup principles to government and the Presidential Innovation Fellows work in places such as Indonesia.
