That was fantastic! But I’ll admit that I had to rewind and watch everything after the Uglydolls again, because I was too busy geeking out. Kudos for getting a minute with Bill Plympton; the man’s got a skewed view on animation, and I’m surprised that such an art-forward artist showed at Comic-Con. Of course, I’m not going to complain, because I’ve been a fan since the days of Cartoon Sushi.
I “so” wish I could have gone. Looks likes like a blast.
Comic-Con IS pop culture!
Sorry, I didn’t catch up with you there! Cute video. I am glad you got that Superman in your coverage. I only saw him from afar but he is an image that I’ll always cherish from CC08, reminds me of a character that Chris Ware included in some of his comics. Sorry, letting my nerd flag fly!
Why did you call Robin, of Batman and Robin, a bitch…I thought you were all about being nice?
I like your outfit! Very retro 80′s. I’m glad you made the trip to San Diego. I’m totally lovin’ your podcast.
Sarah, great video/interview at the convention. I saw it on Rocketboom yesterday. You are very personable and have a very interesting website/blog. I started a blog a few years ago and was very surprised at how viewership just took off. You have certainly found your calling.
Great show Sarah! Good camera work and editing.
Does anyone remember the Green Lantern?Someone might want to try this site. You answer questions and it tells you which superhero you would be:

I was Superman! The funniest superhero is the Tick. Look it up, great series. He had a fellow superhero who’s “power” was static electricity. He wore a suit of carpet and would zap people. He was hot all the time and ended up shocking himself more often than not. Funny series.
I’m catwoman!
Not only is he a remarkable Superman, he is also my uncle Steve!
ahahahahah! Steve!
LOL. I guess.
Nice post. Well said.
Pretty cool post. I just stumbled upon your blog and wanted to say that I have really liked browsing your blog posts. In any case I’ll be subscribing to your feed and I hope you write again soon!
The movie Watchmen is pretty interesting. 80′s comic book superheroes in their element. Check out their facebook page http://tinyurl.com/facebook-watchmen

Good episode! It’s fun seeing all the different takes on comicon coverage. Too bad we didn’t bump into each other!
